mainly beer, i dont do the hard stuff. start at like 3pm, drink pretty fast get a good buzz and some energy from it..........then tail off at like 7pm and watch some hockey/baseball.........rehydrate during this time, eat, take some vitamins. then lay down and watch some sports and at 10pm kick it in gear again and start drinking like a mad man
i ask this cause i tried to go straight thru 3pm-2am and i didnt make it last night. going to try this theory will also help huge with the hangover the next day by eating/hydrating
3pm- 6-8 beers
7pm- eat, rehydrate, rest
10pm- start again, slammin beers 9+
2am- eat, go to sleep
