Las Vegas ......................... HANDS DOWN. Fairly cheap to live. Best food in the World. Jobs are all around. Weather isn't too bad. No place in the world like Vegas. + its close enough to Cali and host of other great spots. If you are a single male with a bit of income coming in. Philippines or Thailand is a No brainer.

      Philadelphia is the best.

The most historic city in the country filled with incredible culture you can't find anywhere else.

Philadelphia has awesome Catholic and private schools.

The best business school in the world (Wharton), art and architecture you can't find anywhere else in the country.

BTW You wouldn't know if I ever left dikkhead.

A cheesesteak with Cheese Wiz is not culture.

It's a city filled with fat disgusting slobs.

And while Wharton is a good school-- it is not the "best" business school in the country.

Wharton is the best. Just like Philly.

A Cheesesteak by itself is already culturally more significant than 95% of the rest of the country.

How would you know what this city is filled with? How many times you been here?

You think you know it? What a joke.

One of my favorite things about Vegas is that almost nobody cares about your degree, even if a job description mentions it (it's just risk management at work). "It's all about what you can do for us now, not about the 98% of irrelevant crap you learned to get an overpriced piece of paper" was a quote from my friend who is a PR manager out here. True gold rush mentality. You just gotta come on over and see what you can find. Risks pay off here if you're smart.

Have to agree with Sam. I've been to Philly and one of the greatest disappointments of my life regarding culinary delights was eating an authentic Philly cheesesteak sandwich.

I don't quite understand why having an exceptional business school makes a city a great place to live.

Las Vegas has the best Hotel and Hospitality School in the world. Rochester, MN has Mayo Clinic for residency. Manhattan, KS has the best animal husbandry school.

The best place to live is all subjective to an individual's criteria.

Cali is hard to beat, but the cost of living, the traffic, the taxes, etc are tough to swallow. If money was NO object and I didn't have to travel to get to work, Cali would be right near the top.

I think New Orleans would be pretty awesome to live in. Interesting that nobody mentioned even one city in Texas.

Where did you eat the cheesesteak? I'll show you place where you'll become addicted to them.

Also, I never said having an exceptional business school makes a city a great place to live.

I was responding to Sam who said Philly schools were horrific.

He doesn't know what he's talking about.

i agree with that. I wish i had not wasted time and money on college.

Turns out college is not like the movies portray it.

I was just wondering if anybody knew of any Vegas jobs that were fairly high paying. I heard working in a sportsbook only pays $12 an hour.

Hell if i was a chick i'd be stripper or a cocktail waitress lol

San Diego is beautiful and has an awesome climate. Only problem with southern cal is that everyone in the world pretty much wants to live there and its insanely expensive.

The owner of the company i work for has atleast 5 million in his bank account and he moved to the east coast from san diego b/c of how expensive it was in cali.

Philly...I went to the Dave and Busters in Philley back when John Beck was the QB of the Dolphins. Made the trip up to watch the game but Saturday we went to Busters. Some Fukin retarded 17 year old kid was hammer drunk and slapped my wife's ass.....I was literally about to take this shmuck to pound town but didn't wanna wind up in the slammer down there with all the other greaseballs...I'll never forget it.

                                              my vote is Key West
