Get a box of Dramamine or Gravol, and 2 bottles of Pedialyte. Dramamine or Gravol is golden, it's made for motion sickness, so it stops the nausea. Pedialyte re-hydrates you. A small dosage of caffeine (cup of coffee or an excedrin) will stop the headache. Don't take too much caffeine as it will then make you piss.

Try Dramamine or Gravol. It stops the spins, the nausea, etc. Course if you've been up 2-3 days skiing, then yah, good luck, only time heals those wounds.

I always take a shower and take a shit first thing.....then drink a bunch of gatorade/coconut water/water, take 2 multivitamins....Eat a big bacon egg and cheese sandwich....Then if I can muster it up, go to the gym and shoot some hoops to break a sweat then hit the steam room......Also gotta take another big dump somewhere in between

Smoking weed and/or taking a painkiller (OTC or prescribed) helps a shitload too but not everyone is into that

Lkid right though, sometimes you just gotta tough it out over time if you were partying hard, although this method will help no matter what

2. Coconut Water.. pure shit is my favorite.. but i also drink a shit ton of Zico.. i prefer the dark chocolate flavor.
3. Watermelon Juice.. shit is like god's gatoraide
4. shower
5. weed

if i am really really banged up.. i get an IV done.. i usually have to do that once or twice in March
