I am on Obama-Care. Its great I love the free cell phone Minutes. My Wic card has an American flag on it so I am happy with that look. My free health care kicks in Oct so I really happy about that My tax rate is really low as unemployment is a great tool to have in your toolbox. I am trying to qualify for a loan now that I wont have to pay back. Its awesome. However I do spend around 30 hours a week or so on all of that because I am WHITE. Rocketer pal, you're damn close here. I've actually been 2 weeks in my appartment at the Costa Brava, but the rest of the damn time I was just too busy to post here. Not at home during the day and too tired in the evening, so I didn't really feel like posting. Long story: December 2011 one of my houses went up in flames. It's an old half-timber house, 350 years old. In the first floor there's a tutoring center and the 2nd floor is a 160 square meter appartment with a 60 square meter roof terrace that is rented. The fire started from a technical defect in the children's room and quickly set the roof on fire. There were 80 firemen busy killing the fire that quickly spread. What wasn't damaged by fire sure was damaged by water afterwards. The house is listed for preservation, so we had to (and wanted) to build it up again. Problems came when I was told that the house was underinsured for only 360.000€, when the actual worth is 870.000€ (not my fault, the guy from the insurance company estimated the worth - basically he was dead wrong). The rebuilding did cost 480.000€, so I had a long fight with these guys. Went to court, I hired specialists who proved that the fire was a technical defect and so on and so on. In the end I won. They had to pay the whole 480.000 and finally we could start to build this thing up again. That is near the finishing line right now, so I was pretty busy handling last details, finding new renters for the appartment (which isn't cheap to rent, so it's hard to find good clients) and all stuff like that. The craftsmen fukked up here and there, too of course, so I had to list what has to be done again. Which leads me to Spain again: By the end of the week all the rest of the work left should be finished, and on Saturday 28 I'm on my flight to my house in Andalusia and spending 2 stress-free weeks with the girl in the sun.
