We had a guy at our casino that we called "The Dumpster Diver". No longer works there.

He would always throw a ticket in the garbage at work if a game was down a couple td's.

Saw the ticket end up winning 3 or 4 times he enjoyed trying to find the ticket by either going in the garbage to get it if it hadn't been changed by maintenance yet, or being stuck waiting 90 days or whatever to cash his ticket after it expired and hadn't been cashed.
I watched him peel through 7 garbage bags once and found it lol.

He was down 6 runs in an rockies game, chucked it, ended up winning, and the maintenance guy had JUST taken the bags out and had 7 bags in the bin at the time on the way to the dumpster.
He found the ticket on the 6th bag.

You see so many weird things in the casinos.
