Does anyone own an as seen on tv Chillow?

I just ordered two of them and I can't get the air out without letting the water out. What am I doing wrong? Help or they are going back to the company.

I have 4 friends that live in the same house who bought them. One of them popped in the freezer, one person woke up with water on his bed, another one woke up with water and sweat mixed on his bed from it breaking, and the other one still works. So good luck with it. I've used it for a few mins and it felt amazing for the time it worked.
