Clear .... I have one of those wifi hot spots you can stick in your pocket no problems with them powers the whole household works in the mountains and at the beach. Believe it or not has been more reliable than ATT DSL couldn't be happier with clear.

I was getting a free wifi for like 5 years and have no idea who its coming from then my tech geek nephew moved in upstairs and i'm getting free wfi off him-still have the free one but nephews is better- also use library right down the street a lot - when i'm on the road I use libraries if open and mcdonalds, dunkin donuts etc- haven't paid a penny in 5 years ! also have no smart phone- just lug laptop around
