FUKKIN GENIUS! Man Creates Own CC Then Sues Bank For Not Agreeing To Terms!!
When Dmitry Argarkov was sent a letter offering him a CC, he found the rates not to his liking.

But he didn't throw the contract away or shred it. Instead, the 42-year-old from Voronezh, Russia, scanned it into his computer, altered the terms and sent it back to Tinkoff Credit Systems.

Mr Argarkov's version of the contract contained a 0pc interest rate, no fees and no credit limit. Every time the bank failed to comply with the rules, he would fine them 3m rubles (£58,716). If Tinkoff tried to cancel the contract, it would have to pay him 6m rubles.

Those dumb fukks signed the contract. Signed, sealed, delivered. Done fukkin deal.

This guy is going to beat them in court then bend them over a barrel while he legally financially rapes them.

I love it. Crooked banksters finally getting a taste of what they have done to people for years and got away with it.

The only concern I have for the guy after he beats them in court, is for his safety.

Banks won't take this lying down and there's a chance he could wind up getting found at the bottom of a russian lake with cement shoes.

Last I heard, the judge ruled in his favor. Now, they are just battling over how much money the CC company has to pay him.
