They shouldn't. But you are right, I see this more often then not. I think it has more to do with them thinking they know how to win at craps while everyone else is just gambling. Either way, I rarely see don't betters winning. It's not that I see right side betters winning that much, but don't betters I see going through rough streaks where they give up more often then not.

I don't like dealers that talk too much. This one guy this weekend was a real piece of shit. "Why's your chip wet, do you have sweaty palms?" I didn't say anything but I looked at the guy like I was going to kill him and then he said, "no it must be the condensation from your drink". Yeah, that's what I thought bitch.

Later on this 21 year old kid was playing and having a good time and the guy said, "you know you can bet more than 1 number". The kid looked embarrassed and said I know. penetrate YOU. The kid is like 21 and looked pretty beat up, he wants to play craps, how much money could he possibly afford to lose? Stop making noises you cok sucker.

          I don't see a lot of don't pass players.

I think its either an asshole complex or they really think they have a huge edge over pass line betters.

Only place I ever run into a ton of dont players is New Orleans for some reason.

Lay the 4-5-9-10 and skip the come out roll. Have played this way for many years.......juice gets expensive but it's for a reason. The house knows its a good play and they are going to charge you to be in their game. The come out roll is the toughest obstacle for don't players. Once you get through it, you are on the same side as the house. Wait for the 4-5-9-10 and then wait for the 7.

Don't bettors are jackasses. Not enough edge to ever make any real money, and it's just no fun. Love craps on a hot table with good players, but too often you see a handful of don't guys or guys just playing the line while they hold the dice for an hour.

In the 80's and 90's I spent about 10 years dealing dice in Vegas casinos. It's my experience that most (not all) don't players want to be invisible. They know that they are not in the majority, not wanted there by the do-bettors and just want to lay low and pick up their winning line bet on each seven-out. I think for most dark side bettors that "smugness" is being mistaken for someone just wanting to keep to themselves as to not ruin the experience for the rest of the table. Just my 2 cents...

Don't play a lot of dice, but when I do, I prefer the do and don't lines. When it comes time to do the don't line,
I get the looks and catch flack from my neighbors.

your acting like you do this often. odds of hitting 10+ points in a row are extremely slim never mind doing it a couple of times
