I'm 36 now... and you don't burn calories like you use to... tuna is low calorie high protein... you must offset high protein with at least 1 to 1 carb to protein ratio. Some say 2 to 1 carb to protein... but I disagree. Oatmeal is a complexed carb so it doesn't digest as quickly as rice or potatoes. What does this mean? You don't have a spike in glucose. Usually spikes like that force your body to store more fats... and you don't want that. In fact... with the proper serving of oatmeal... which is 1/2 cup... and plain water... watch how much weight you lose in 1 week.Comment -
