      Dice the onions real small.
Only a little bit of relish.
      Miracle whip, not mayonaise.

I likes to put chips on mines.

Macadamia nut crusted Ahi Tuna from Mama's Fish House in Paia, HI. Caught an hour before I ate it. One of the best things I've ever had.

There is a huge difference between tuna steak, sushi or shashimi tuna and canned tuna.

Avoid consuming large fish like tuna, way too many toxins.

                        God bless.

                          crave it

have only eaten it once or twice last 5.5 years because only LTR in that time only wanted to catch the dils

                          crave it

HOPE someday soon I will eat it again

Canned tuna smells like food that went rotten two weeks ago. I don't know how anyone eats it.

All depends on where it's from. Most tuna actually is okay compared to bottom feeders like swordfish. Salmon okay if wild and line-caught.

Yep, if you're going for a superior cut look... I highly recommend it. I'm 36 now... and you don't burn calories like you use to... tuna is low calorie high protein... you must offset high protein with at least 1 to 1 carb to protein ratio. Some say 2 to 1 carb to protein... but I disagree. Oatmeal is a complexed carb so it doesn't digest as quickly as rice or potatoes. What does this mean? You don't have a spike in glucose. Usually spikes like that force your body to store more fats... and you don't want that. In fact... with the proper serving of oatmeal... which is 1/2 cup... and plain water... watch how much weight you lose in 1 week.
