Harlem's longtime member of the U.S. House of Representatives pulled no punches with his take on the Tea Party in a new interview: "It is the same group we faced in the South with those white crackers and the dogs and the police. ... If you have to bomb little kids and send dogs out against human beings, give me a break." Rangel did have some words of praise for two Republicans he views as willing to transcend partisanship: New Jersey Gov.
