I've looked & couldn't find a thread which logs all the ghost accounts on this site & who each handle is attached to.
It's hard sometimes but, there are ways to verify which accounts are actually ghosts.
I don't know how this is going to work but, I'm starting this thread in hopes that we will all have a reference point to record who's multi-accounting.
It's apparent that SBR allows ghost accounts so, I don't see the threat in creating a thread like this.
I still don't understand the point of ghost accounts. I am aware of the scams you can pull as far as bonuses, promotions, poker room play etc but, I remember talking with Las Vegas Herbie about this over dinner in Vegas one night & he sort of tried to explain to me that it's not always to scam, sometimes it's just that people like to post under alter egos.
Like how Peter posts as Carpe. He's not scamming, he's just using this alter ego to post here on the forum.
I still don't quite understand, sounds like virtual Bi-Polar disorder or E-schizophrenia.
Maybe start with obvious ghosts & we can put a little work into it & expose some of the more cleverly concealed accounts.
