Me: "You already have all of my info. What do you need a pic for?"

Lady: "So we can identify you".

Me: "You have my social security number, a scan of my driver's license, my insurance info., a personal history evaluation form I filled out, and my family's medical history. I see no need for a picture."

Lady: "We just need it for identification purposes".

Me: "Didn't I just go through that with you? No pic."

Lady: "Oh I'll just scan your driver's license".
