Agree, they won't get a murder 2 conviction, but I would be stunned if he walked on manslaughter.

All the state needs to do is prove Zimmerman got out of the car when directed by the 911 operator not to.

That meets the state's burden of proof for negligence, i.e, manslaughter.

reading the states statutes I disagree with that.

I think the biggest difficulty they have been saying Zimmerman was on top is that Martin from what I've read does not have any bruises or injuries

I agree that Big Z should do some time for the death, but you can't really say that he couldn't handle the fact that a 16 year old was kicking his ass, I am sure at the time of the confrontation that he didn't know how old the kid was or the fact that he even was a kid.
