Gas Prices Have Dropped A $1.00 A Gallon In Detroit Since Father's Day. WTF?

It was $4.09 a gallon around Father's Day. It's now $3.09 where I live. Can someone explain this decrease? Unreal.

Sorry for the misprint ($3.26 a gallon)... still a $0.83 decrease. Falling rapidly. Don't get it.
