Not seeing that at all, and I have no vested opinion about this case one way or another.

I think this is a terrible event gone insanely wrong. Preventable for sure.

I thought this cross was horrible.

I thought it was decent yesterday, but today this guy has been awful. Take notice how few objections the prosecution is making-- it is as if they are purposefully giving him enough rope to hang himself.

Thought he was alright, nothing amazing, but did a good job of bringing the credibility of the witness into question.
