I shipped two boxes containing religious statues that were damaged in transit by UPS. Items were insured but unsured what to do now. Does she file claim or me and do I refund money now or wait?

Anything that we should be prepared for as far as UPS wants to settle claim? Buyer has great photos of statues well cracked?

Question remains do I refund now or wait? I suppose now.
