Do you like Jazz?

Some people love it. I can't listen to it for very long. This is supposed to be one of the best Jazz albums of all time:

and I would rather watch Bill Maher than listen to this. Is it something that grows on you or you just have to have a taste for it?

I can listen to it. But it has to be the best of the best.
I also grow tired of it quickly then find myself
searching for vids like this on youtube instead

Jazz is tight. I can listen to it all day long. Only certain types like old school Bebop(Miles/Coltrane/Parker) or Bossa Nova but the new contemporary jazz sucks.

It can be great, especially live, but I am more into jazz influenced rock, Caravan, Gong, Soft Machine, The Mahavishnu Orchestra, Santana, Frank Zappa.
