Will Pebble Beach be available to play on whenever you want.... or will their be a green fee.

I think Pinehurst or whatever is suppose to be available soon. Same question goes with that as well though.

Will the course be available to play in Ranked,practice, ALT shot front or back 9

mode like you are able to choose on Oakmont,Bethpage and so on ?

Pebble will eventually be available ( next fall some time, prolly late fall so they can work on the Chambers course that will host the 2015 US Open real time and virtual on WGT) in every aspect just as the courses you mentioned. As of late yesterday Pinehurst was available for every aspect also. Seems they've changed the way you set up your round, be it A/S or ranked, practice or M/P, but they way you glide about PC tasks I'm sure you'll figure it out. It took me awhile, but I've already played every format but M/P there. The position you leave yourself in, on those Pinehurst table top greens, is the deciding factor in whether you score well or not. FW's are generous enough and the angles are ez enough to figure out, it's just the greens that make it so difficult, similar to Merion. The little profile before each hole is a big help in introducing you to how to play each hole, but experience on your leave positions on those greens can only be learned by playing and leaving it in the wrong spot. Usually the exact opposite of an obvious bad spot is the right spot to be.
