Well thanks for sharing your info and funds plays with us over the years especially with the "Fly Me" crew!......I don't blame you one bit for not posting anymore...I'm probably going to quit myself also...getting sick and tired of this forum and everything coming down to politics and it seems like SBR is only interested in attention whores in order to get some Summer traffic flowing on the website...

Not so much about the forum being slow it's more about posting more valuable info than plays. Not really sure the Forum would even use the info, to be honest.

Just trying to find a blend of sophisticated and still entertaining or at least interesting to the rest. I notice that the sharpest, most useful info I post kind of gets brushed over while some other info, which is interesting but not really useful betting wise, gets commented on.

It's like the most interesting stuff to post for most posters isn't very helpful for winning or at least losing less.

Everybody has to leave us, I get that.
The way dad left was is what bothers me, not that he left us.

Long story short he died of a head injury, complications from a slip and fall.

He was in hit mid 70's, better shape than when he was in his mid 50's.
He was upstairs in his home awaiting an important phone call, as he went down to answer the phone, misjudged the first step, tumbled headfirst down eight steps.

This is the part that's bitter.

It was like 50/50 to survive the head injuries, he was like 90% away from an amazing recovery (this is the guy who taught me to never give up) he was there, the hospital decided to send him to an inpatient rehab, contracted some weird disease there, almost fully recovered, went back to the hospital for the strange disease he contracted, unrelated to the head injury, and died.

I wanted to sue the rehab, I had my valid reasons, the rest of my family talked me down from that.

KVB thanks for the videos (just found them recently). Microphone was terrible for the first couple vid's, USFL one was fine. I hope you plan on making more in the future.

CashFlow last checked in in the middle of May, it's only really been a couple of weeks. I think he's busy, but can't get a hold of him.

While my opinion is not called for, I think a little different format would help your videos considerably. Some of us are just mortals so we need info broken down for us simple minded logically. You had some further thoughts as your video progressed that either didn't get addressed or were only covered briefly. Having a moderator feed questions to you and dive deeper would be super kick azz. I liked your roundtable type of idea as well.

Again its awesome to see that the forum still has some familiar faces around. I think I read the forum is under new ownership?

As a math geek 2+2 didn't add up to four regarding the way dad died.

One doesn't go from almost recovering from head trauma to contracting a mystery diseases similar to Legionnaire's at rehab.
I wasn't getting answers, administrators were silent.

I couldn't prove anything, lawyers and such probably could, but my family was like "too time consuming, costly... let it go"

So I did.

Steve your dad was awesome if my experience is any indication. We always had two or three engineers with us on missions, those guys were incredible with the kinds of things they could do. I learned how to make homemade "items" from them particularly the boom kinds. I also was a little confused like opti if you meant your actual dad or the old poster. I can't imagine how difficult that must have been for you.
