Had too many beans for last night’s chili, money’s tight now, why waste? Threw in some leftover salami slices, a red onion that was in the crisper, some mozzarella, pepperocinis, Italian dressing, & BAM! Deli-style bean salad! I even put it in a couple of deli counter containers (saved from some salsa)…..
