Sadly, it becomes their ability or desire to tolerate winners the will decide these things. We've gone from near 100% tolerance, to near 100% limit/collar/ban, etc.

During customer aquisition, there is some tolerance but more importantly the ability to hide sharp action.

interesting, thanks for the insights. I guess some accounts are manually reviewed or flagged after the profiling algorthms detect something. Big money rec players you wouldn't want to lose if you were the book, they could be the most profitable accounts. Do you lose out on those to filter out more "sharp" accounts? Have to get a software job at the books and infiltrate them
