#127546From my useless information files.
Sal Perez just smacked his 40th tater.
Best catcher in the game today.
Speaking of catchers.
Just read where Molina and Wainwright made their 300th start together as a battery.
Know how often that happens?
Once in a lifetime.
Started thinking (sometimes that's not a good idea)
I was wondering how many times Posada caught the greatest reliever of all time (Rivera)?
Posada caught 1574 games. (appeared in 1642 games) all as a NY Yankee.
Rivera has pitched in 1115 games, all as a NY Yankee.
No further research is needed.
Posada caught Rivera in at least 1000 different MLB games.
Chew on those numbers.Comment -

If he wins all of his last 5 starts , or at least doesn't
lose a start.... he could win Cy Young .....wildComment -

I see the Mets are going to pound town early vs. the Nats.
Sanchez just hit a granny for NYY
That lineup has thumping power 1-9.
And Sanchez bats ninth.
The best chance to beat NYY in a one game playoff is with a tough lefty.
Chris Sale anybody?
If it's BOS/NYY is a one game win or go home game and it's Sale, give me BOS. big!
Not for nothing, I'm on Cubs/Pitt OVER 9.
Good luck Fideles, keep the roll rolling dude.Comment -

#127555Sam here, killed it yesterday. Had a few dumb L's that I should have known better on, but hey it's week 1 and it's often times good to catch that reminder early in the season. Grats Fidels.
Really wished I would have caught FSU before it dropped to 7. May look at the under tonight but still poking aroundComment -

Hope you are doing well CashFlow. I haven't been on SBR but I think I did read about you possibly closing down for couple of weeks. Did you? I would think there is some option to at least stay open with a skeleton crew or just less hours. Anything but closing.
Hope you are doing better. The term flare up can have so many different meanings depending on just what's flaring up. Somethings calm down in a day, some take much longer. That acute flare up that takes weeks or months can really get to a man.
By the way, for poster Icon, hopefully I didn't scare you off. I just meant to temper action with wisdom, not necessarily to stop the the artful actions. Nomsayin'?

#127558One thing, I see the vaccine, and other, misinformation in the Forum hasn't gone away. Amazing how some people are still stuck in the political and bend their reality to fit their politics. SBR has become a haven for the ignorant. Thing is, it's sportsbetting website and a lot of the ignorance or misinfo left in the Forum revolves around not understanding how to read and interpret statistics.
It really is a collection of losing gamblers here...

#127564Nah, it was anybody's game when posted and until just now I didn't even know if it won. Looks like UTSA scored first, which never works out well, so technically I posted in a negative situation...technically.
Way I see it there are two choices, the integrity of the chart for the market tracking Fund is most important so either I include the play, win or lose, or don't post the Fund at all.
For now I'll include the play but if it happens again then I might just pull the plug on posting altogether.
About to post a batch of openers, some that were bought an hour ago. Lines have probably moved...I barely care...lol.

#127566Alright, there's a lot of market shenanigans going on as well as signs that value out of the UPSET Basket is already diminished.
This goes back to the percentage vs. value effects on the market that I started to post about earlier. I might have to get into that.
Anyway, the KVB NCAAF UPSET Basket has picked up...
When I talk about shenanigans I'm talking about some openers and line movement back and forth. There's a portion of the market that will win here early on and the books are basically defending against it already. Not only are the defending the here and now, but they are doing it in a way that will directly affect closing line analysis for some strategies.317 11-Sep SC +160 359 TEXAS ST -103 381 SDSU -103
We will profit, but we will be swimming upstream to do it, so it appears.
The KVB NCAAF Visiting Dog ML Fund has picked up...
5D lines here, sorry for that, but they need to get posted.373 11-Sep MISSOURI +178
While the books defend against us, we can strike back. For example, we can split the UPSET Basket into plays that qualify at the OPEN, plays the qualify later because of line movement, and then the plays that have qualified at the CLOSE. Some plays drift in and out of value. Some plays become favorites, they wouldn't even qualify at the CLOSE.
Think about it. If you are using closing lines, for example, to analyze static historical data, are you missing opportunities that arose during the week of trading?
There is no substitute for the here and now. And so we must track the here and now.
Oh the things we can get into this season. Oh the things.

Remember, that's total cannabinoids.
There's a lot of nickel and diming of minor shit to get there. Also, I don't think CBD is included in that number, which would make it higher.
Not a lot of CBD in there though.
It's the 36.47 that you should be commenting on.
That's straight fire, and impressive.
