Kvb, for a guy that play the ukulele to rap music you sure make some long-winded text, are you actually pounding all the shit out on a keyboard or are you using some type of talk to text software?

Pounded that out on the keyboard but use dictation with the all mobile devices. I thought about dictation on the computer but I can type really, really fast...lol...dictation makes too many mistakes, takes too long to correct them.

Neck is good when I'm on these short acting muscle relaxers, they're not very good but help me. I can tell when they wear off and have to take more.

Seriously going to check out beetroot tomorrow morning.

My GP who monitors my BP on a monthly basis because of my hypertension told me a few months back beetroot is very beneficial.

Alright my favorite hand has been jj for a long time, because it was good for a $1200+ pot at Sugarhouse - my set vs fl & royal draw and it held.
