Your pal Nasher is in fine shape, the doctor told me to eliminate the eggs from my diet, I asked him "Why, is my cholesterol to high, he said no, the cholesterol is just fine it's just that your farts are killing me.

My resting heart rate is solid too, it's 62 beats per minute.
There are some that would like to see my resting heart rate at zero though.

OK, that's all the time I have this afternoon, I'll be back at 8pm for the evening show, and remember to tip the drink server.
