A video of the fatal shooting that occurred in Plains Township shows a man shooting two of his neighbors to death following a verbal altercation. The shooter was later found dead in his home from self-inflicted gunshot injuries. Just before 9 a.m. on Monday, Feb 1, Plains Township police officers responded to a report of shots fired in a residential neighborhood and discovered 50-year-old James Goy and his 48-year-old wife, Lisa Goy, lying dead in the street in front of their home, according to a joint statement by Luzerne County District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis and Plains Township Police Chief Dale Binker. Inside their neighbour's house, police found 47-year-old James Spaide deceased from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, officials said. I know what you are saying but the picture might be a bit distorted...if you are on a computer, right click on the pic and then select "open image in a new tab"...it will maximize the pic and you can see hair down there...I might need to re-download my 2005 digital image picture opener where you can adjust colors and settings for the crystal clear, no doubt about it, perfect picture or photo which clearly shows every little detail!...
