Sticks and Stones was a whole different animal from the world of Chappelle.

I tried to slam OKC a bit the other day, you can see I even added the ML to an open parlay trying to anticipate a turn. OKC won but, alas, the NBA is a tricky animal with a lot fakeouts before the moves.

The truth is, we could be heading into a retraction that could last more than a season, but doesn't mean we can't trade.

I want to add one more thing to the graph, a sort of histogram that shows a difference between the two moving averages. When it crosses 0, we have a cross of the lines...

I want to share one more screenshot here.

This is a screenshot of an excel spreadsheet used to make those graphs but notice the formula and the highlighted cell...

I did the opposite of the formula for the "sell" signal. Each signal marks a cross of the moving averages, or a cross of zero on the difference histogram. There have only been 3 this season.

We can use this type of spreadsheet to back test market results and analysis. Here we're using SMA but we can use other technicals as well on these market tracking Fund.

We can set a tolerance as well. Say you went 5 trades after a signal, or 8 trades, or until you make a unit, etc.

Shit, I should have made more appointments.

But after I was able to walk again I was like, "Fuk it, I can walk, I can deal with the pain".

Now 2+ months later I'm wondering if I should have fukkin went back.

I can still deal with the pain, it's fine, but it would be cooler if no pain, nomsayin?

I think I need to immobilize it for a couple of weeks...boot style I suppose. If it is a grade 3 sprain, then that's the best chance of a potential heal of any kind.

Then I plan rehab of some kind. Both Dr. appts are regular appointments but I already had an xray done, ordered by my chiro. Not sure they took enough angles though (not chiros fault) and I need to see the scans myself. At least I have a report to give but they haven't delivered the scans, those fukks. Other Dr. is pain Dr for the neck, part of the arsenal and important moving forward for meds until the next RF.

You are probably ok, it will hurt for months, whether you go back to the Dr. or not. If it was completely unstable, because of a tear, you would know and have already been back.

The aches and pains that come later are sure to hit no matter the treatment, especially at our age. I just wish I was so much closer to where you are now, and I feel like I'm a few weeks immobiled to get there.

This i not my first time spraining an ankle.

I guess I am a chronic ankle sprainer, been doing it since a little kid: Playing hide & seek, playing football, playing ding dong ditch (although we called it a very different name back then. Take a guess what it is) and then later in life playing kick your fukkin' door in and ditch (not proud of that one) but holy shit what a fukkin adrenaline rush that was. Sprained ankle lol.

After MANY sprains, Doc told me next time I sprained my ankle they have to put some mettle pieces in there. I dunno. Never thought about it since then, until I did what I did a few months ago.

Still no metal, but maybe I should have.
