I’m freaking out right now the property manager loved the idea
but one of the places in the establishment has a clause where they can’t lease
To any new tenants retailing ice cream , BUT the property manager
someone who makes 120 k a year loved the idea so much he is going to call
corporate and try to get them to override it somehow
since the lease was made by a old company about a decade ago
Any chance of that succeeding KVB ?
Since it’s a new company and my product blows regular ice cream away

this guy is made of money and wants to possibly bypass the whole company
he works for if they won’t find a loophole and he is willing to
help me open up multiple locations outside of that establishment

I would say that unless someone disputes it or has a problem, you will be able to do it. But the fuk I know, ask TTwarrior's favorite poster AutoDonk.

His answer will likely involve more than you want to know about ice cream being where it's not legally aloud, but he knows the law.
