from what I've read on the net, prometh with codeine is what you need, not just straight prometh. there is a huge shortage after the crackdown, so prices are like 100-200-500 dollars a bottle. the druggies on the net say lean isn't worth price, it's more of a fad. there are other cheaper opiates that they use. never tried that stuff. doubt you'll feel much from the prometh, maybe take a melatonin and try to get drowsy.
