I am sure they are doing pretty good but every business needs to grow perpetually. Of course they need business of mine, yours and all the other possible prospects they have. That is what the owner understands and points out . Employee on the other hand cares only about his own ego and talks trash. Apology is issued and accepted. Topic is closed. By the way. VIP service of theirs is pretty decent. 51-18 it stands since the Jan 1. I kept count in late 2012 as well 7-1 in Nov and 10-6 in Dec . 2012. I would say that service with 68-25 record can and should have a freedom to treat all it's customers and prospects in a polite manner.
