Was walking out of bar in Kenmore Sq yesterday with a group of friends, when they started rerouting all the runners. Was thinking why are they doing this? Kept walking onto Mass ave to get to Orange line (subway) crossed over Boylston street and was a half mile from bomb site when I started getting tons of texts messages. All I can say is it was Crazy.

Prayers go out to the victims .

There was actually a Doctor from MGH who ran the race then reported to hospital to help out. They said he was suffering from dehydration as well. God bless him, and all the first responders.

All of the volunteer medical staff for the race performed admirably. I would have been overwhelmed w/ all the carnage.

Listening to the mother now on the news talking about two of her sons both losing legs. Heart breaking.
