Is there really something specially better with private trackers? I had Demonoid for years but I never actually needed anything else than TPB to find anything I needed, what is the real advantage? Privacy and maybe getting releases a few hours before the rest of the net?

the 6 strikes law was designed for torrent users, but that's why i'm looking for a huge database but also one that is private. The speeds on torrents for me are ridiculuously fast so i dont have to pay for rapidshare and other file hosting websites.

Yeah I see your points, just what I thought it would be and yeah a VPN is a must nowadays, I've read good things about btguard but privateinternetaccess is the one for me. Good luck and watch your online backs out there
