Help, starting to get advertisments show up on my twitter account

I did not choose to follow these fuks, nor do I care what they have to say.
How do I make them go away?

Go to your twitter settings/apps, and see who you've granted access to your account.
I bet North Face is one of them...revoke their access and you should be good to go
