I'm currently staying at an Extended Stay America because my girlfriend kicked me out of her house. I'm a little behind in payment and they keep calling me to settle this matter. How much longer can I stay before they kick me out? What kind of rights do I have? Feedback much apppreciated.

Did you sign a lease agreement? If not, you have ZERO rights. Then can enter your room and move your shiit onto the curb at any time. Scary but true.Comment -
