Need Some Good Advice

I'm currently staying at an Extended Stay America because my girlfriend kicked me out of her house. I'm a little behind in payment and they keep calling me to settle this matter. How much longer can I stay before they kick me out? What kind of rights do I have? Feedback much apppreciated.

Did you sign a lease agreement? If not, you have ZERO rights. Then can enter your room and move your shiit onto the curb at any time. Scary but true.

Why would you think you have any rights in this situation?

Just checked into another one. I was just concerned they were going to lock me out and keep my stuff.
