Okay. Few years ago when I was younger. I opened a couple of bank accounts and overdrafted on BOTH of them. I never paid them back and its been a couple of years now. They called me a few times long time ago that they will send collection agency on me. So I'm guessing I am not allowed to open a bank account anywhere else since I am in the system? How do I clear my name? If I pay off the debt it should be cleared right away correct?
