I'm not a fighter. Never have been. But there is this south american guy in my apartment building on the 3rd floor who is being really aggressive and mean towards me. He was at the front door with his groceries and I was going upstairs to do laundry. As i was passing by i saw him wave to me to open the door but i ignored him and just went upstairs. He could have been a robber or a raper and i wouldn't want to be responsible. It turned out he lives on the 3rd floor even though i never seen him before. This happened about 4 days ago but today i saw him when i was going outside to throw my garbage out and he whistled from his balcony upstairs and said 'hey dic*face you belong with that garbage you pi*ce of shi*" i didn't say anything back but as i was going towards the front door i yelled " no you do!" i obviously made it quick to my apartment and haven't left since. Do you think he will forget? I don't want any physical confrontation. I'm thinking of telling the landlord on him but that might make it worse for me if he gets kicked out.
