I do not like 3x5 progressive loading routine. Why not 2 sets or why

My recommendation is to do warmup sets and 1 set to failure in good form
with no cheating and train each bodypart once a week. You;re seeing results
from the 3x5 because your doing less volume than before. Also there is nothing
better than doing holds and pre exhaustion when lifting if you know what those things
are.

But we do disagree on the chili and beans thing. I spent a good chunk of time in Texas (and I'm originally from Louisiana), and our chili doesn't have beans in it. Chili came from Mexico, where it is called chile con carne. Literally, it was beef mixed with water and chile peppers and onions. There was no beans in it. Adding beans is more of a Yankee tradition.
