Well I came down with a cold like two weeks ago. It's for the most part passed. But I still occasionally take mucinex and vitamin c supplements. Daily, however, I take nexium (for acid reflux) and a multivitamin.

I did get wicked wasted last night too. I woke up, went down a flight of stairs, and was completed gassed and nauseous. I drank about 6 bottle of water and ate a subway footlong today. I felt fine after eating and drinking water, so I thought all was fine. In terms of drinking, only drink twice a week, but usually get pretty hammered when I do. But the last time we had sex (Monday) I got fukked up the night prior and did fine. And since monday, I hadn't jerked it at all, but usually I might do it once a day or every other day.
