What stupid customers I get...

We fill ink cartridges at our store and this woman walks in with 2 HP cartridges and asks how this works so I tell her that these type of cartridges we keep em ready so we just swap your empty with one of our prefilled cartridge. She goes great and as I am pulling the cartridge from the shelf I ask her if she would like 2 and she goes yeah...as I put the cartridges on the counter she picks em up and starts walking. I am like you gotta pay for these and she goes I thought you said you just swap em out...didn't realize I have to pay for it!! I am like really?? You do realize this is a business and we make money right??

I really want to believe she thought she could get a cartridge for free by turning in the empty but c'mon.

Lexmark already pulled out of the Inkjet market..they don't make inkjet printers anymore but they do make and sell Laser printers.
