NYPD sergeant busted with child porn caught on video instructing woman to fondle and 'talk dirty to' newborn baby

Alberto Randazzo appeared in Queens Criminal Court Tuesday, as his mother and stepfather looked on. The sergeant, who has been suspended from the force, was dressed in a gray button-down shirt and sported a day’s worth of stubble.
The suspected perv cop was charged with using a child in a sexual performance, promoting the sexual performance by a child and possession of a sexual performance by a child. He faces 15 years in prison if convicted of the sickening charges.
Randazzo can be heard on one of 11 videos seized by police talking seductively to a woman. The woman is rubbing herself against the baby’s body when the cop starts giving orders, according to the criminal complaint.
“Put your hand inside of his diaper,” Randazzo told her, court records show. “Talk dirty to him.”
It got worse.

“Head up and down,” he allegedly told the woman on one of the video chats, as she simulated oral sex with the baby.
“Break out of your mold,” he said to the woman in a different video. “See what you’re made of.”
And worse still.
“Play with his b---s,” he urged in another video, as the woman stroked the baby’s leg.
Police sources said investigators have no evidence that Randazzo, 34, had physical contact with any of the children in the pictures and videos he collected. The woman in the video hasn’t been identified and it wasn’t clear if the woman was related to the child.
The bombshell evidence was found on Randazzo’s cell phone and his personal laptop, authorities said. In all, there were 23 still images and videos depicting lewd sex acts with children — some of them just 1 or 2 years old.

Some of the images show a woman fondling newborn infants. In others, a woman performs oral sex on a boy and a girl - both infants. Cops also found two videos of children in various sexual positions, according to the complaint.
Internal affairs officers executed a search warrant on Randazzo’s apartment in Astoria on Friday and found child porn that dates back to 2010. He was arrested on Monday.
Randazzo was ordered held on $40,000, which his lawyer expected him to post late Tuesday.
The 15-year cop was assigned to Midtown North and made $98,000 a year.
Randazzo’s landlord, Ann Keefe, 71, said the sergeant never brought any children to the apartment he’s rented for the last five years. Keefe described the cop as a mama’s boy, saying Randazzo’s mother still did his laundry.
“She treats him like a baby,” she said.
