A Server's wage basically covers the taxes that they make on their tips. When a sever gets their paycheck, it is usually only a few dollars or even Zero.Comment -

Waitress knows, she's not supposed to talk her tips in public- its a policy w/ all of the corporate restaurants.
However, a phuckin Pastor (we're not talking about some redneck who drank the Jesus cool-aid on a simple Sunday),
doesn't leave a tip.
The church survives off of this gratuity.
Pastors are supposedly guys who have to do a little reading, a little education in their backgrounds.
Pastors are not supposed to be guys who stiff their waitresses.

good times. i remember once in my waiter days a gruop of 8 "canadians" came in. i tacked on the auto-grat of only 15% at our place and this woman complained that since 2 of them shared a plate it didn't meet the 8 person min to auto-grat.Comment -
