There may be some black billionaire drug dealers though

Jordan owns the bobcats. Lots of other black athletes and celebrities own small pieces of teams. The high net worth african americans are not as wealthy as owners of major teams. As silly as it sounds, major teams are just a little out of their price range. No one is going to plow their entire net worth into a team so the african american elite are priced out of buying a team. Teams are up for sale virtually every year but except Oprah no one can afford them.

Oprah is worth over 2.5 billion but after her no one has even 600 million. I believe sean combs is second at about 550 million. The previous owner of BET mentioned in this thread lost 400 million in a divorce so he is worth about 500 million now.

The average of all MLB teams net worth is 605 million ( forbes 2013) up 30% in a year due to tv deals
The average of all NBA teams is net 509 million (forbes) up 16% in a year due to tv deals
The average of all NFL teams net worth is 1.1 BILLION (forbes 2012)

At these prices only Oprah can be a primary owner
