I want to try it because it's moonshine but I heard some nasty shit about it. I heard this isn't real moonshine or made by real moonshiners but a bunch of f*g lawyers that found a loophole in the laws of Tennessee.

Still, I would like to drink it because.......it's fukkin moonshine.

The guy asked me what proof they were. I had to look it up but it is what it is.

How did you get Tennessee shine if you're in PA?

Real Moonshine is like 100% alcohol, 100 proof is 50% and 40 proof is only 20%. Most normal alcohol is 8o proof or 40%.

I suppose to biggest problem was the distilation process, in the sense that, we didnt do it.

It was easier for us to get ethanol from an online chemistry supplier then it was to actually buy booze at that time.

We figured we could just throw a bunch of weed into the ethanol for 2 weeks until the THC was absorbed, then water it down at the time of consumption.

I tried it a couple months ago when I was in Gatlinburg. They make it at the shop. It's good stuff. I had about 10 shot samples at the store. The clear one is the stronger. The fruity ones are diluted. It's about $30 a jar.

Moonshine is way overrated. I have sampled many different kinds over the years.

No way they're getting the prices they say on that reality show.

Go to the package store and get some Chivas Regal or Glenfiddich and don't worry about getting caught.

Really it's not about the alcohol as much as
trying different recipes, after all alcohol is only a chemical.

So, went to the liquor store to get me this moonshine.

Walked in, and I see they have only two options, Cherry and Apple pie, no clear regular.

So I look at both bottles. It says Apple Pie is only 25% alcohol or 50 proof. I look at the Cherry and it says 50% alcohol or 100 proof.

So I'm like fukk that, I'm going with Cherry.

So I get the cherry moonshine home and as I'm about to open it, on the side label of the bottle I see it says...

"Due to the nature of cherries, the 750ml combination may be diluted to 25% ALC./VOL (50 proof).

I'm like motherfukker this is some bullshit moonshine.

So I finish the bottle earlier this week. It was like drinking sweet syrup, fukking disgusting.

I go to another liquor store to see if they had the regular, clear shine.

They did. So I got that, and will be opening it up for the Flyers game tomorrow night.

Will let you all know how it is.

Something tells me it's going to be much better than the fukkin cherries.

Well, been drinking the regular, clear moonshine one now for a few days.

When you open the lid you get a corn and turpentine smell that takes getting used to.

Drink right out of the mason jar and you get a mild corn/strong alcohol flavor that burns slightly as it goes down.

If you are a regular bourbon/whiskey/scotch drinker I will tell you now that this stuff is stronger than those guys.
