      Whoever made that list is a big moron.
      He missed
      1 Chopin's piano concertos 1 & 2
      2 Mendelsohn's Midsummer nights dream
      3 Grieg's piano concerto
      4 Mendelsohn's violin concerto
      5 Hummel's piano concertos
      6 Shubert's Death and a maiden
      7 Sibelius Karelia
      8 Part's Fratres
      9 Smetana's Ma Vlast
      And the list goes on and on and on.

        It was a vote of the station's listeners'. Chopin was outrageously absent from the top 100*. In fact piano concertos and sonatas were mostly ignored. Much of your list, though, did appear in the top 100.

        * Actually Chopin's Piano Concerto #1 was 81st, but still...

          95% of the public can name only 2 composers: Beethoven & Mozart.
