They say 1 out of every 5 that attempt to climb that mountain die.

You can even spin it around and see where they came from. There are a couple of base camps with buildings and tents.

I just spotted a a few guys and some yaks

I would say 1 in 3 don't comeback alive. Its called savage mountain for a reason. Compared to Chogori, Everest is a cakewalk.

Guys with yaks are cherpas.

Deadliest is Annapurna with a 40% death rate. For every 6 that summit, 4 die trying.

Most of those people on Everest aren't true mountaineers. They just want a caption for their tombstone.

Look to the right edge of the ice flow. You can see all kinds of ladders across the big ice chunks.
