actually all charges against the man were dropped by the judge. And court charged the 2 women assault I believe. the man did have a record and was in prison for 11 years, came out and wanted a fresh start hence working at mcd. He is now suing mcd's because him and other employees have countlessly asked the owner of the mcd to put some security at this location since it's been constant problem makers coming in.
