Housing market is Booming in Austin area. Sold my house in less the a week. City projecting 100,000+ pop increase in next 2 years!!!

Made a Huge mistake not buying a few condos downtown 5 years ago. They were literally giving them away now their going for a about $300 a square foot and a 95% occupancy rate!!!!!!
