Just got a fresh new CC. Sitting at 620 after 4 years out of bankruptcy. In the rebuilding process. Haven't been late for anything since. Need to get that house pretty soon.

Also, I hate my electric company and never pay on time. Doesn't make sense, but it is what it is.

Got in trouble already by suing them. Rather frivolous, but I fukkin' hate them.

Those damn gas and electric companies sometimes are all across the states. Certain cities like Baltimore City, MD have one company regulating both the gas and the electric. My mom pays over $300 each month for gas and $300 in water every 3 months.
