Update on IowaCornFarmer

My wife has started another home remodeling project, it involves a brand-new cedar deck to the turn of around $19,000 dollars. What is it with these women that drives them to like the remodeling of there house, maybe something in the female genes? I am more than happy in a small house, with a Lazy-Boy Chair, a nice Plasma TV, and beer in the icebox. Anything more than that is a waste of money. Oh well, $19,000 dollars down the drain again. However, the bright spot is this is only around 1.5 acres of high-quality Iowa farmland. I tend to think in terms of farmland needed to pay for these wife house projects.
