Hostess had gone bankrupts 2x, had no money left, and the bakers were engaging in random strikes across the country in an effort to overturn the BK Court's contracts.

The Bakers union fukked the company, their fellow union members and Teamsters who are now out of work, and their customers. I hope they get cat aids.
